Pastor John Williams claims to be the minister of the "Christain Faith Assemble of God." He said the he wants to make a donation via credit card to a "cancer organisation."
I not sure what his angle is. The credit card number might be stolen for example. He might then ask for a partial refund for an overpayment before the credit card transaction has cleared.
